Whitney Woyke - MetaBank, SVP Partner Engagement

Whitney Woyke will lead the BaaS panel for IPA’s Spring Conference.  Woyke has been with MetaBank for the last six years.  Woyke leads Meta Payment’s partnership responsibilities for Issuing Sponsorship for all prepaid and DDA programs.  Prior to MetaBank, Woyke led the Consumer Prepaid Group for U.S. Bank as well as a host of other responsibilities during her 18-year tenure.  Woyke holds a BA from Indiana University.

 

Alex Kostecki - Clair, Co-founder & COO

Alex oversees the company’s banking, product, and technical operations, ultimately ensuring that Clair is able to deliver a best-in-class financial experience for its customers. Previously with Deloitte Consulting in New York City, Alex was the lead Manager on M&A deals for clients in the payments space, from ideation to close. Alex led several strategy projects for credit card launches, customer service strategies, and marketing strategies, generating upwards of $5 million in revenue. Alex has been published in the Wall Street Journal, and holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

 

Kelley Knutson - Netspend, President and Senior Executive Vice President, Global Payments

Kelley Knutson serves as the President of Netspend. Previously Knutson served as Executive Vice President of TSYS and President of International Issuers Solutions, based in London since 2003.  He was responsible for TSYS’ strategic execution, global sales, business development, relationship management, local product partnerships and new growth initiatives outside North America.  Prior to TSYS, served as CEO and acting Chairman for Clear Liquid Ltd (Clear), provider of electronic bill payment to UK billers and financial institutions;  SVP of GE Capital’s Global Consumer Finance (GCF) cards business, where he was responsible for developing and executing GCF’s card strategy and driving card based consumer finance initiatives in more than 15 markets around the world.  Prior to GE Capital he was SVP at Visa International, where he was responsible for developing/marketing Visa’s debit products and introducing e-commerce solutions throughout Europe.  Knutson holds a BS in Accounting from Northern Arizona University and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University. 

 

Patrick Williams - Vice President, N.A. Emerging Payment Solutions & Debit Processing Sales, Visa Inc.

Patrick Williams has been with Visa for over 21 years and currently leads Visa’s North American business development and account management activities related to Emerging Payment Solutions, which includes oversight of Fintech ecosystem partnerships focused on issuance and disbursements as well as Visa DPS’ business development and account management functions.  Prior to these roles, he managed the Prepaid sales organization, led Visa’s loyalty marketing team, played a critical role in developing marketing programs across Visa’s core sponsorship properties including the Olympics and the NFL, and led development of the N.A. contract and finance management department. Prior to Visa, Patrick worked in brand development and advertising with a focus on Olympic partnerships and banking.  He currently resides in Atlanta where he is a board member of Fintech Atlanta.    

Jenny Johnston - Head of Bank Partnerships - Modern Treasury

Jenny leads Bank Partnerships at Modern Treasury. Prior to joining Modern Treasury, Jenny was an early-stage fintech investor at Flourish Ventures and Omidyar Network, focusing on their portfolio in Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia. She began her career at Goldman Sachs Investment Banking. Jenny received her B.A. from Middlebury College, where she majored in Economics and Political Science.
